The Odyssey Out Loud is an ongoing performance and translation project creating a rendition of Homer’s Odyssey designed to be heard.

I’m a storyteller, an amateur classicist, I used to be an actor, and now I’m translating and performing Homer’s Odyssey.

I’m translating the text from the perspective of a performer, not just as a classic narrative and part of history but as something that was meant to be spoken out loud and brought to life.
